New ticketing system: what will change for you?

The innovations:

When buying tickets on our website, you no longer need to enter a password. If you are already known to our system, your email address will be sufficient.
You will no longer have an account or wish list on our website. These have been replaced by our Concertgebouw app (see below for the benefits). The wallet in which you could previously store your e-tickets will not be compatible with Concertgebouw tickets purchased from now on.
Choosing and ordering a flexible season ticket has been simplified (see below).

Buy online

Your e-tickets are sent to your email address free of charge and you can simply show your e-tickets on your smartphone with our Concertgebouw-app.

Other sales channels

+32 (0) 78 15 20 20. Open Monday to Friday from 14 to 17h. E-tickets are sent to your email address free of charge.
In&Uit Brugge, 't Zand 34, 8000 Brugge. Information desk for tourism and culture where you can address to for your ticket purchase. Monday till Saturday from 10.00 to 17.00 (subject to change). Sunday 10.00 to 14.00. Closed on 25 December and 1 January
Box Office Concertgebouw. Opens one hour before the performance. Booked tickets must be collected from the box office and paid for no later than half an hour before the performance.

Season tickets

Choose from our selection of fixed season tickets (sold out), flexible season tickets, combined series and weekend and day passes (sold out) and enjoy a substantial discount.
