Concertgebouw Brugge offers you all the necessary facilities and comfort for meetings in style, with a beautiful view of the Bruges city center. The Chamber Music Hall and Forum 6 are the perfect rooms for your meeting. The spacious Chamber Music Hall, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, is also ideal for hybrid events.
Chamber music hall
- Suitable for meetings up to 250 people. In lectures without projection, the capacity can even be increased to 320 people.
- Can be darkened.
- Projection and sound are standard in this room.
- You can combine the Chamber music hall with Forum 6, Forum 7 and Foyer Parterre for welcome coffee, coffee break, a lunch, reception or dinner.
- Depending on availability, the spacious Entrance hall with accompanying cloakroom can be used for reception and registration.
Forum 6
From the 6th floor of the Lantern Tower of the Concertgebouw, you can enjoy the unique view of the historic city center. During the day you have a beautiful view and in the evening, the illuminated towers of the Bruges city center provide a breathtaking panorama. Forum 6 also offers all the necessary technical facilities for your meeting.
The formula can be extended to include a catered lunch or reception, tailored according to your wishes.

Seminar formula "Forum"
When using Forum 6 for meetings of 24 to 50 people during the day, Concertgebouw can propose you the seminar formula "Forum" of € 55 per person (excluding VAT). This price includes:
- Wifi access
- Projection and obscuration
- Sound installation with micro (with wire)
- Speaking room
- Flipover, paper and markers
- Waters continuously present during the meeting
- Coffee break (coffee, tea, water, biscuit, fruit)
- Sandwich lunch with coffee, tea, water
- Setup in theater style, U-shape, square or school style
