The Business & Events team guarantees the smooth running of the events that our clients organise in the Concertgebouw. We aim to ensure that the various rooms are used in the most appropriate way. The Concertgebouw team offers a fully inclusive service, including reception, technical support, catering, etc.
An is responsible for the overall coordination of the Business & Events team. She joined the team in January 2018 and will succeed Francis. An has more than 10 years experience in corporate events, marketing and communication in the financial world and the real estate sector. Her love for events and the cultural sector brought her to the Concertgebouw. She is your first point of contact when you want to organize something in the Concertgebouw. With her hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial spirit she guides you from the start of your event.
Event Manager Marie-Paule has been working at the Concertgebouw since 2001 and knows the building inside and out. She has years of experience in organizing all kinds of receptions, concerts and accompanying receptions. She is your point of contact and guides your event from start to finish and in detail, taking into account your wishes. “For every problem there is a solution.”
Event manager Rutger has over 10 years of experience in the events and cultural sector. He has been working at the Concertgebouw since September 2018 and is familiar with the organisation of festivals, concerts, corporate events and meetings. He works creatively, dynamically and diplomatically. Together with you, he will ensure a flawless organisation of your event.
