Get to know dabke, an energetic Palestinian folk dance, traditionally associated with the wedding party. During this workshop, two experienced dancers will take you through the basic steps and rhythm of dabke. Expect an afternoon of dance, fun and Palestinian biscuits. We also invite all participants again on Wednesday 1 October 2025 (19.15-19.45), just before the performance Badke(remix), to dance dabke with as many people as possible in front of the Concertgebouw.
