Primitive forces in an exhausting and unpredictable race for 22 dancers

In 2015 Olivier Dubois - the enfant terrible of the French dance scene – closed December Dance with the hypnotic performance Tragédie, a bruising battle for eighteen naked dancers. In Auguri he explores the fate of humanity through dance. To the energetic and mechanical music of François Caffenne, eleven women and eleven men jump, run and chase, like a flock of birds. A panorama of human existence, sometimes ominous, sometimes utopian.
