Accessibility Statement

At Concertgebouw Brugge, we believe it is important that our website is easy for everyone to use. That is why we are currently reviewing the most important areas of the site and improving them step by step. Throughout 2026 and 2027, we will carry out a detailed assessment. Based on the findings, we will implement further improvements. Any issues that can already be addressed are dealt with immediately.

2. Why this statement exists

Concertgebouw Brugge aims to make its website accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and the requirements of EN 301 549. We continuously work to improve the digital accessibility of our website and online services. Any accessibility issues identified will be included in our ongoing optimisation efforts.

If you experience difficulties using this website or have suggestions for improving accessibility, please contact us via the contact form.

3. How accessible is ConcertgebouwBrugge.be?

We are aware that some parts of the website do not yet work optimally for everyone. Wherever we can already make improvements ourselves, we do so. Other adjustments will follow once the results of the assessment become available.

4. What we are doing to improve accessibility

We recognise that not everything can be fixed at once. Within our available resources, we take practical and targeted steps towards improvement. Priority is given to issues that have the greatest impact on visitors.

5. Scope of this statement

This statement applies to: ConcertgebouwBrugge.be, any subdomains, additional web pages within this domain, and the Concertgebouw app.

It covers all publicly accessible pages, forms, documents and videos.

Should we introduce new services or applications in the future, accessibility will be considered from the outset during both design and procurement.

This statement reflects the status of the website as of 15 September 2026 and will be reviewed once the assessment has been completed.

6. How to report an accessibility issue
