When you order tickets and season tickets, request a room rental quote, register for newsletters, magazines or brochures, or apply for a job via www.concertgebouw.be, you will be asked to supply some personal details. After that registration, we may also request additional information to help us to provide a more personalised service. The processing of such data enables Concertgebouw Brugge to fulfil orders and to respond to requests or questions smoothly.

Personal data is stored in a highly secured data centre managed by the supplier of the used (ticketing / IT / planning / HR) system. Under no circumstances can this supplier make use of your personal data.
If you are no longer an active customer of Concertgebouw Brugge, then Concertgebouw Brugge will no longer use your data to send promotional material (newsletters, magazines, brochures). Concertgebouw Brugge will, even later, make sporadic use of your data (location, age) for statistical purposes. The following organisations also belong to this ticketing network: In&Uit Brugge (Brugge Plus vzw), KAAP, Symfonieorkest Vlaanderen, MAfestival, Musea Brugge, Cultuurcentrum Brugge, Concertgebouw Brugge, MOOOV, Uitloket Oostende, MuZee, CC De Grote Post, Toerisme Oostende, TaZ, CC Mechelen, Uit in Mechelen, Musea Mechelen, OC De Kleine Beer (Beernem), CC De Schakel (Waregem), CC De Brouckère (Torhout), GC De Groene Meersen (Zedelgem), Dienst Cultuur en Toerisme Zedelgem, Staf Versluys Centrum (Bredene), Internationale Taptoe Vlaanderen.
This network was set up under the leadership of Brugge Plus vzw so that member cultural organisations could combine forces in a shared command centre. This pooling of resources offers several benefits to the affiliated organisations. Thanks to the shared database, for instance, Concertgebouw Bruges and its partners can offer a smoother service to the buyers of tickets for jointly organised events.
Only the contact details are shared within this network. These contact details may, however, only be used by another organisation when ordering tickets for an event jointly organised by them and Concertgebouw Brugge. Concertgebouw Brugge has reached agreements with its ticketing network partners to ensure that they all take the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect these details.
