Monthly dance ritual in Bruges city centre
With Transitional Dance, choreographer Michiel Vandevelde created a new rite of passage. How do you dance the transition from one phase of life to another? We will continue to dance in 2026/27, this time with a brand-new choreography and guidance from Bruges-based dancer Marloes De Cloedt, who brings a fresh impetus to the ritual. The dancers form a micro-community that preserves the choreography and passes it on to others.
