The Music Culture Course employs a well-founded listening technique and is illustrated with examples from all style periods. During the Music History Course, you will be introduced to the most important trends and composers in Western music history, and all of this within the broader cultural perspective of art, architecture, worldview and philosophy. You can then immediately experience the insights you have gained from both courses live in the Concertgebouw.
