Musical giants come together in abject repentance
Lassus’ en Schnittke’s Penitential Psalms span more than 400 years, yet both address the same timeless theme: humanity’s struggle with guilt. The renowned choir Cappella Amsterdam, conducted by Daniel Reuss, excels in poignant polyphony and raw expressionism, with every word striking a chord deep within the soul.
