You can only really appreciate the benefits of forest bathing when you have actually tried it for yourself. You slowly stroll through the morning forest, calm and quiet, breathing deeply, observing nature and opening all your senses. Wonderful. Our forest bath takes us to beautiful Ryckevelde, for a walk with forest bathing guides Steffie Vandierendonck and Heidi Rau. They will give participants helpful hints and coach them through some exercises. Come along. You will return reborn.
