Warm up to the vocal stars of the North

Singing is in people's blood, and nowhere is that more so than in Estonia: Arvo Pärt’s homeland is united in song. In a Christmas programme that is both old and new, acclaimed ensemble Vox Clamantis bring us a glimpse of the age-old vocal traditions of Estonia. Contemporary compositions sparkle alongside folk music, atmospherically arranged by Cyrillus Kreek, who started to collect the musical heritage of his country in 1911.
