Famous children’s book set to music by Iván Fischer

Little Mouse wants to scare off all the animals in the forest who want to eat him. That's why he invents a monstrous creature: the Gruffalo. Knowing that the Gruffalo is only made up, Mouse is very happy with his plan... But oh help! Oh no! What’s this? It has orange eyes, a tongue as black as liquorice and purple prickles all over its back. It’s a Gruffalo! Maestro Iván Fischer wrote music to accompany Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s world-famous story. Humour and rhyme, colourful illustrations and imaginative music turn this children’s classic into a funny and exciting musical story.
