Keynote Caroline Vrijens
Art can amaze, touch and, above all, raise questions, wherever possible within a safe context. That is precisely why art and the art experience are (more than) important. Art is a right, especially for youngsters. Through art, children and adolescents can discover the world, discover themselves and blossom. At the start of the season, Children's Rights Commissioner and Season’s Thinker Caroline Vrijens makes an impassioned plea for the right to art and culture.
