From Baroque to Classicism in the London salons
Little children grow up. And so too did the offspring of J.S. Bach. Youngest son Johann Christian moved to London where, together with Carl Friedrich Abel, he soon became a pivotal figure of musical high society: the prestigious ‘Bach-Abel concerts’ were the place to be.
