Au fil du temps, le concours MA Competition a acquis un prestige au-delà de nos frontières. Il a propulsé au-devant de la scène internationale de nombreux musiciens célèbres, dont Christophe Rousset, Béatrice Martin, Kristian Bezuidenhout, Aurelia Vişovan, Dmitry Sinkovsky, Jean Rondeau et Justin Taylor.
Le premier tour sera retransmis sur Internet le week-end du 10 au 12 mai.
