Lisa Demets (1991) studied history at Ghent University and specialised in the late Middle Ages. For her PhD, she immersed herself in the “Excellente Cronike van Vlaenderen”, a medieval historical text from the 15th century. She is now a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Antwerp. Among other things, she contributed to the podcast De vorstinnen van Vlaenderen.
