Tickets & season tickets

Start ticket sales season 20-21 

We previously announced the good news that our November and December performances would go on sale from October 26. We were looking forward to it and you had probably already browsed through our winter programme, marking your favourite shows. Unfortunately, current events force us to postpone the start of our ticket sales. We are awaiting further information from the government to receive you at the Concertgebouw according to the appropriate safety measures.

As soon as we know more about the measures for the cultural and events sector and their impact on our organisation, you will get an update as well. We hope to see you very soon.

In the meantime, stay healthy and hopeful!

Ticket sales for performances in November and onward will begin at a later date. We will inform you of the start of sales via our newsletter (register at the bottom of this page), this website and our social media pages.

What if I buy tickets and the performance is cancelled due to COVID-19?
We have a smooth reimbursement process, which allows ticket buyers to request automatic reimbursement through their Concertgebouw website account. As an alternative to this, you will still be able to choose to donate the cost price of your tickets to our solidarity fund or to have that value converted into a voucher.

Online

  • You can book online until five minutes before the performance.
  • Discounts will be calculated automatically as you place your individual ticket choices in your shopping trolley.
  • In case of numbered seats, you can select your own seat.
  • It is possible to pay by Visa, Mastercard or pc-banking.
  • Your e-tickets are sent to your email address free of charge and you can simply download your e-tickets on your smartphone and add them to your Wallet-app. 

Activate your account

To order your tickets on our website, you need to activate your account just once. If you had an account on our old website, then just reactivate your account by following these simple steps: 

  1. Click on the account button upon your first visit. This links to the login page, where you click the ‘forgot password’ button.
  2. Enter the e-mail address linked to your account, i.e. the address used for your correspondence with the Concertgebouw.
  3. Choose ‘send’ and you will receive an e-mail with further instructions. 

Tickets Brugge

  • Available at the number +32 70 22 12 12  (€ 0,30/minute)
  • Open Monday to Friday from 14 to 17h
  • E-tickets are sent to your email address free of charge.

In&Uit Brugge

  • Address: 't Zand 34, 8000 Brugge
  • Information desk for tourism and culture where you can address to for your ticket purchase
  • Monday till Saturday from 10.00 to 17.00 (subject to change)
    Sunday 10.00 to 14.00
    Closed on 25 December and 1 January

Box Office Concertgebouw

  • Opens one hour before the performance. 
  • Booked tickets must be collected from the box office and paid for no later than half an hour before the performance.
