- The Foyer Bar is open during the interval.
- Before and after the performance and during the interval, you can enjoy a drink in the Concertgebouwcafé. Moreover, you can now surf the Internet there free of charge. Open from Wednesday to Saturday from 11.00 and on all performance days from one hour before commencement.
- To speed up bar service and eliminate queues, interval drinks must now be paid for with drink tokens. You can purchase these tokens at the sales desk in the Entrance Hall and in the Foyers. You can also use these tokens in the Concertgebouw Café.
- A cosy meal before or after the show. Present your ticket and get a nice surprise. Concertgebouw Brugge has joined forces with select local restaurants and the city of Brugge to make the 2015-2016 season a big hit on both a cultural and a culinary level. Participating restaurants have pledged to provide concertgoers with a speedy pre- preconcert service and a late service, concert so that they can still enjoy a relaxing meal after the concert. The Concertgebouw and In&Uit Brugge are easily accessible to wheelchair users. Special places are available in the Concert hall. Please enquire when you book your ticket(s) via the Concertgebouw Ticket Line or In&Uit Brugge.
For safety reasons, use of the cloakroom is compulsory. The cloakroom is free. It is monitored until fifteen minutes after the performance.
Delayed, too late, ticket lost or forgotten
Late arrivals are allowed in during the first interval (if possible). Entry to the hall cannot be guaranteed. Purchased tickets will not be exchanged or reimbursed. Tickets will only be reimbursed if the entire announced programme is cancelled. For the printing of replacement tickets, or the printing of e-tickets on the evening of the performance we charge € 1 per ticket.
During a concert
You are kindly requested not to make video or sound recordings, to turn off your mobile phone when you enter the auditorium and to try to keep coughing to a minimum.
